So you wana have a counter in your page?

Your Personal WEB PAGE Counter.

It's simple to place a counter in your own Web Page.
  1. First get your page working without a counter.
  2. Upload it to your personal public_html directory.
  3. Test it, making sure all '<' and '>' are matched.
  4. Add the following line where you want the counter to be:
This page has been accessed <!--#exec cgi="/cgi-bin/counter"--> times.
  5. You can cut it from this screen, do not copy it from the source.
  6. If you need to reset your counter EMail timl and I'll reset it for you. I do not set counters to values above what could naturally be reached, so don't ask.
Now tell all your friends about your cool web page.
You Web page address is:http://www.instanet.com/~timl
(But put you account name where I put timl)
Here are some of our users pages.
EMail me and I'll put your page listing on the list.
