How do I set up my e-mail?
That will depend on your e-mail client and type of system. The
things you will need to know to fill in the blanks are:
Username and password (check your Membership Application)
Mail Servers (both POP3 and SMTP): mail.instanet.com
E-mail address: [email protected]
POP3 Account: username

How long can I stay online?
You may connect to us as long and as often as you wish, as long
as your are actively using the connection. If you plan on being
away from your computer for more than five minutes, please save
your work and log-off until you return. If you need to check your
e-mail every 15 minutes, please log-on, check your mail, then
log-off. Your e-mail program can do this for your automatically.
Can I use my account from both work and home?
Although technically, the account is a one person, one computer
account, it is permissible to use your account from both work and
home. It is not permissible to be logged on from both locations
at the same time.
